Yeah, so this is the first time we test a TDP43 tracer in humans. This is very, very exciting because there is an important need for TDP43 biomarkers, in particular for TDP43 imaging biomarkers, because it’s important to stage the degree of TDP43 pathology to understand whether this is actually causing symptoms or problems, as well as in patients.
