CTAD 2023 | Improving imaging analysis in clinical trials and routine practice

Robin Wolz, PhD, IXICO, London, UK, discusses his work at IXICO to provide automated CNS imaging analysis in clinical trials. The team work with industry partners, providing neuroimaging and digital biomarker analytics and data platforms to optimize clinical trial outcomes. With the translation of anti-amyloid therapies into the clinic, one key research area is how to deliver the necessary safety monitoring in clinical practice. Dr Wolz is looking into ways to centralize and automate data analysis from required ARIA monitoring. This interview took place at the CTAD 2023 conference in Boston, MA.
